Affiliate Terms And
Conditions

Please read these Terms of Service ("Agreement") carefully before participating in the Affiliate Program provided by Hreflang Manager ("Company", "we", or "us"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your participation in the Affiliate Program.

By applying for and participating in the Affiliate Program, you ("Affiliate", "you") agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, please do not participate in the Affiliate Program.

  1. 1. Introduction

    Welcome to the Hreflang Manager Affiliate Program. This program is designed to reward you for referring new customers to our application through your unique affiliate links.

  2. 2. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program

    • To begin the enrollment process, you must submit a complete Affiliate Program application via our website. We will evaluate your application and notify you of your acceptance or rejection.
    • We may reject your application if we determine, at our sole discretion, that your platform is unsuitable for the program for any reason, including but not limited to platforms that promote discrimination, illegal activities, or violate intellectual property rights.

  3. 3. Affiliate Links and Tracking

    • Upon acceptance into the Affiliate Program, you will be provided with unique affiliate links. You may place these links on your website, social media, or other approved channels.
    • You must ensure that the affiliate links are correctly formatted. We will not be liable for any failure on your part to use the correct link format, which may result in lost commission fees.

  4. 4. Obligations of Hreflang Manager

    • Hreflang Manager will provide you with unique affiliate links for the purpose of tracking referrals.
    • We will be responsible for tracking the volume and amount of valid sales generated through your affiliate links, providing you with commission reports, and handling all aspects of order processing and fulfillment.

  5. 5. Commission and Payment

    • You will earn a commission for each valid sale made through your affiliate links. The commission rate, payment schedule, and conditions will be outlined in your affiliate dashboard.
    • Payments will be made through a method specified by Hreflang Manager, subject to the minimum payout threshold.

  6. 6. Restrictions

    • Affiliates must not use the Hreflang Manager name, logos, or trademarks without our prior written consent.
    • You are prohibited from bidding on any of our branded keywords or phrases for the purpose of PPC on any search engine.

  7. 7. Term and Termination

    • The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Affiliate Program application and will end when terminated by either party.
    • Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination.

  8. 8. Limitation of Liability

    • Hreflang Manager will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate Program.

  9. 9. Miscellaneous

    • You agree that you are an independent contractor, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between you and Hreflang Manager.
    • This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hreflang Manager is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  10. By participating in the Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
